  • 5 avocados, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 16-ounce bag tortilla chips


In a large bowl, combine the avocados, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Serve with the tortilla chips. Enjoy it!

  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1. First of all reheat oven to 350*F.
2. And then combine artichokes, 3/4cup cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chiles and garlic in medium bowl; stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased, 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Superbowl Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds of chicken thighs
  • 3 cups of chopped onions
  • 2 green bell peppers diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 4 cups of chopped okra
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped herb: fresh thyme, fresh sage, 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 pounds of seafood (lobster, clams, crayfish tails, shrimp, scallops, white fish-sea bass)
Superbowl Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the following in a 12 quart pot.
Roux: Brown 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 stick of butter
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken thighs over high heat in olive oil.
Sauté onions and garlic over medium heat in olive oil until translucent, add okra and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Add chicken and roux to the onion and okra mixture, add chicken stock, seasonings and let simmer for an hour.
20 minutes before serving, add seafood and let the gumbo simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with a side of rice. The superbowl recipe is ready to serves 10-15 people...enjoy it !

Super Bowl Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons ALBERS Yellow Corn Meal
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 cup (about 8) sliced green onions, divided use
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Mild Salsa, or any flavor - divided use
  • 2 cups (8-ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
  • Garnish: tortilla chips, assorted crackers and/or sliced baguette
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Heavily grease bottom and side of 9-inch springform pan. Combine corn meal and chili powder; sprinkle over bottom and side of prepared pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and cumin in large mixer bowl until smooth; stir in chiles and 1/2 cup green onion.
Pour half of batter into pan. Spoon 1 cup salsa over top of batter; sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese over salsa. Spread remaining batter over top of cheese.
3. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack; remove side of springform pan. Spread remaining salsa over top; sprinkle

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups prepared guacamole (make your own or use ready-made)
  • 2 cups tomato-based salsa
  • 2 cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 (2-ounce) cans sliced black olives
1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and seasoning mix. Spread mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish.
2. Top the seasoned cream cheese with the guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, onions and olives in layers.
3. Serve immediately accompanied with tortilla or corn chips.

  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tablespoon finely snipped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup bottled blue cheese salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce, more if desired
  • Celery sticks
  • Bottled blue cheese salad dressing

Superbowl Recipe Instructions:

Combine crushed corn flakes, parsley, and salt in a shallow bowl or pie plate. Cut chicken breasts into strips about 3/4 inch wide and 3 inches long. Combine the 1/3 cup dressing, water, and hot pepper sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat. Roll chicken pieces individually in crumb mixture to coat. Place strips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

To serve, heat oven to 425 degree F. Place frozen chicken strips in a single layer in a lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center and crumbs are golden.

Serve warm with celery sticks and additional blue cheese dressing for dipping.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
  • 7 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, coarsely shredded
  • 1 (16-ounce) Boboli (baked cheese pizza crust)
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 green onion, chopped
Superbowl Recipe Instructions:

Position rack in center of oven. Place large baking sheet on rack and preheat oven to 450F. for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and saute until just cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate; let rest 5 minutes. Cut chicken crosswise into 1/3 inch-wide slices. Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to medium bowl.Toss with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Spread half of cheese on Boboli.

Arrange chicken slices on Boboli, spacing evenly. Spoon any remaining barbecue sauce from bowl over. Sprinkle red onion over chicken. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese and green onion over. Transfer pizza to hot baking sheet. Bake until bottom of crust is crisp and cheese on top melts, about 14 minutes. Let pizza stand 5 minutes.
